I'm just VERY curious and I had been thinking about this questions for few weeks. What degree do I get for art and writing?????

Please do not judge!!! I had been thinking about this questions for a few weeks.

For writing, the first degree is Bachelor's of Arts (BA). For art, you may get a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA). Both degrees take four or five years of college.

Oh Ok. I thought it was Master but I was wrong.

Thank You for telling me!!! :)

A Masters degree is earned after another year or two of study after the Bachlor's degree.

Oh ok

Thank You!!! :)

You're welcome.

I done some research it says that there is a Bachelor degrees in Creative Writing. So I'm pretty much going to have 2 degrees.

You can only earn one bachelor's degree at a time. With a Bachelor's of Arts (BA), s student could have a major of creative writing.

oh

but im taking some coures relating to art AND writing.

No judgment at all! It's great that you're curious and thinking about your future. When it comes to art and writing, there are different degree options depending on your interests and career goals. Here are a few possibilities:

1. Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Creative Writing: This degree focuses on developing writing skills and often includes coursework in different genres such as fiction, poetry, and non-fiction.

2. Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Studio Art: This degree is more focused on visual arts, such as painting, drawing, sculpture, and multimedia. However, some programs might also offer writing courses as part of the curriculum.

3. Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English or Language and Literature: This degree is more literature-focused and explores creative writing as well as literary analysis and critical thinking. Some programs may also offer creative writing courses as electives.

4. Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Visual Arts: This degree is similar to the BFA in Studio Art but may have a broader curriculum that includes art history, theory, and other related subjects. Creative writing courses may also be available as electives.

It's important to research different universities and colleges to see which degree programs align with your interests and goals. Look for programs that offer a curriculum that matches what you're looking to study in art and writing. Reach out to admissions offices or program advisors for more information on the specific programs they offer. And most importantly, remember to choose a degree that excites you and matches your passion!
