Finding rate in math....

Rate=distance/time

So if the distance is a circumference which in this case is 10 pie, and the time is 10 seconds. You multiply 10 and the circumference but is the 10 seconds TEN or 1/6

rate is in units of distance/time, as in ft/sec or mi/hr.

you haven't stated what units the circumference is in. feet, km, miles, angstroms, what?

Assume ft.

rate = 10pi ft/10sec = pi ft/sec

the last part of the question makes no sense to me...
