Is there any essay contests in rockland???? My parents want's me to partcipate in one.

I found this essay contest, Partiot Pen Essay contest but I'm looking for a entry form for 2012, I can't enter 2011 because the deadline for it was november 1 which pass.
I found this site (another school district) and they had a list of all contests (not at their district like other kids in other district in the US can partcipate). I'm reading some of them right now.
