What do I have to do to make it to Yale like you see I have a best friends she all perfect and all. She have awards over 70 (no joke), have a scholorship (for chruch), and she is a good writer and a artist, plus she gets VERY good grades. She wants to go to Harvard for collsge in the future. She said that I'm not going to make it Yale, but I ignore her because I believe I will make it if I work hard.

So what ways can I make it to Yale

I got ...

Getting Good Grades
Perfect SAT or ACT's
Tons of after-school clubs
Things to do outside from school (karate, kumon, string, lessons, etc.)
GOOD ESSAY
GOOD COLLEGE APPLICATION

what else?????

Be sure to do volunteer work in your community.

Participate actively in the clubs you join, including holding office in one or more of these clubs. Be a leader.

Ok yeah ur right being the leader will look perfect.

So that's all I got to make it to Yale?

So that's all I got to make it to Yale?

if there more ways then can you tell me.

As I've explained before, getting into any of the Ivy League schools, and many other top notch schools, is very difficult.

Yale accepted only about 10% of the students who applied for this year's freshman class.

Ok. I just have to try very VERY hard I really want to become a artist and a writer. I just have to work hard and try my best. I'll do whatever it takes to impress that and make it to Yale!!! :)

OMG that website is very helpful!!! :)

Thank You!!!!

I'm going to add this to my favorites. In the furture I will use this, this is great! This will really help me to get to Yale.

Thank You sooo much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) :)

Just Don't put your hopes too high. I've seen peoples lives crushed when they got rejected from their dream school.

Some advice:
Get Involved in Social Activities
Really have to make an Impact
-Its not just about the grades, but although those are really important.

*PS: Having connections will really increase your chances, make friends work your way in from the inside. Get someone to write you a recommendation letter. Preferably someone that is in charge of admissions or a high status figure in the community.

Continue what you are doing, You will end up somewhere.

You remind me of a good friend, now he's studying in MIT, with full tuition covered by the school. but the guy knew what he was doing. Really had solid connections and ties to the community.

Good Luck
