I have prepared my assignment but i am not sure if i am correct or not in punctuations,capitalization, sentences that i have framed and also if i have included everything in my prepared paragraph that is required for this assignment. please suggest me any ideas or corrections required .THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!

Ok so this is my assignment and what i have prepared is written down:-
BACKGROUND
1. Ten years ago, you started working as a clerk for DMD Medical Supplies.
2. Six months ago, Liz Jakowski, the human resources director, promoted you to office manager. You manage two employees: Jack Snyder and Ruth Disselkoen.
3. Your office provides secretarial support for the four members of the executive team.
4. Two years ago, Liz had assigned Jack to support Ralph Alane and Jessica Hilo.
5. Ruth was assigned to Samuel Daley and Frank Daley.
6. The work flow was equally balanced.
7. You’ve noticed that in the last three months Ruth has cut her breaks short to complete her work, complains of being tired, and at least twice a month requires overtime hours costing the company an additional $200 a month.
8. In the last three weeks, Frank Daley has complained to you a few times about the poor quality of Ruth’s work.
9. On the other hand, over the last three months, Jack frequently seems to have little to do.
10. He has begun coming in late a couple times a week and taking more than the allotted break times.
11. What work he does have, however, is always professionally completed.
12. Clearly, you must investigate to determine what is causing this change and how to improve the situation. Since nothing has changed in the personal lives of either Jack or Ruth, you conclude you must focus on the in-office work situation.
13. You learn the following facts:
• Samuel and Frank Daley share a part-time administrative assistant who works only 15 hours a week.
• Ralph Alane and Jessica Hilo share a full-time administrative assistant.
• Jessica Hilo has been on medical leave for the last four months, and Liz Jakowski isn’t sure whether Jessica will be able to return to work.
• Jessica’s duties have been temporarily reassigned to Ralph and Frank.
Although you don’t have the authority to change the work assignments of the two administrative assistants or the executive team, you clearly need to change your office assignments so that both Jack and Ruth work regularly without requiring overtime.

THIS WHAT I HAVE PREPARED :-

For the past three months work-related problems have occurred in the office. These changes need to be addressed. Jessica Hilo’s medical leave have placed an unanticipated workload on Ruth. I have noticed that Ruth is taking shorter breaks to complete her work, requires overtime twice a month, is often tired and so that her work is affected. Ruth's overtime is costing the company $200 a month. Jack's work is still good, but his work ethics is suffering, because he takes longer breaks and sometimes come late to work. We need to confront these issues to save on overtime costs and distribute the workload equally.

Since we are not certain when Jessica Hilo will be returning to work, I recommend Jack and Ruth need to start tracking the amount of time it takes to complete their work load daily. Monitoring how much they work daily will let me know if they both are doing equal amounts of work, and when I review the results I can distribute the work load evenly between Jack and Ruth .In addition, I will schedule specific hours for their work and breaks. This way work will be shared equally between both of them. The benefits to these changes will be greater efficiency for the employees, the supervisor, and the company. Work ethic and quality will improve which will impress the supervisor and look great for the company as a whole. The company will also save money on fewer overtime hours, if needed. We should implement this plan for at least three weeks. By then we should have an idea if Jessica Hilo is returning to work, and then we can determine if we need to replace her or to continue with same plan.
