  3. Looks like it's D, but B is quite goofy. If they mean the mass of the elements in the reactant side only, then I think it's true, of course that also including the number of moles of each element in the balanced equation.

    Just a side note, in a real world, D is never true, it is only an ideal concept in a "perfect" world.
