PERT, Critical path analysis are effective. lOB is not effective.

In our company, we typically use project management and scheduling tools such as PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) and critical path analysis to establish the time phasing of project tasks. However, we have found that another tool called LOB (Line of Balance) is not as effective in our company. LOB is a scheduling technique that visualizes repetitive tasks in a linear manner, but it may not be suitable for projects with complex dependencies or multiple critical paths.

As for recommendations, it ultimately depends on your specific project requirements. However, some widely recognized project management and scheduling tools that you might consider are:
