would the answer be 7^-2 don't you subtract the Poweras or is it 2/7?
7^(11)*7^(1/13) is the way it's written. You don't subtract the powers in this expression. To subtract powers the expression would have to look like,
7^(11)/7^(13)=7^(11-13)=7^(-2).
