Please advise how do I get the Regular % and the Cummulative % I just need one example other wise I will lose what's left of my mind.

A cumulative percentage needs at least an ordinal scale. You do not have one. It would indicate all the values = or below a particular value. Any one of the above categories can be indicated a a percentage of the whole.
