please help me solve and when graphing it could you describe what it would look like? i know it would have open circle, but is it and "and" or "or" inequality.
By the very definition of |...| , the result must be ≥ 0
so to be > -2 would imply that we can change it to
|5x+3| ≥ 0
so of course any value of x would work.
