Not sure of my answers, pls help me out.

I have to indicate the kinds of intermolecular forces that occur between the solute and the solvent in which the molecule is most soluble.

a) glucose

b) naphthalene

c) dimethyl ether

d) alanine (an amino acid)

well you have dipole-dipole

London Dispersion

and hydrogen bonds.

you just classify which forces each are by reading your definitions of the three.

LD are the weakest forces

Hydrogen bonds are when two hydrogen bond with one another which is strong

dp-dp forces are between one positive end and one negative end

so determine the formulas and classify them.

Acids contain Hydrogen so usually they have hydrogen bonding.
