2. Once you have found an example, read through the source and identify how power or politics has been used in the organization. Look for specific actions taken by individuals or groups to gain or maintain power, as well as any instances of political behavior within the organization.
3. Relate the example you have found to the theory of power or politics that you have studied this week. If your course materials have covered different theories, such as the pluralist theory, the elite theory, or the resource dependence theory, analyze the example in relation to the relevant theory.
4. Write a one-page paper using APA format to summarize your findings. In your paper, briefly introduce the example you found and describe how power or politics has been used within the organization. Then, connect your findings to the relevant theory, explaining how the example supports or illustrates the concepts discussed in your course materials.
5. Make sure to use your own words in writing the paper. If you use any direct quotes or paraphrases from your source, cite them properly using APA format. Also, include a reference section at the end of your paper to list the source you used.
