I have an integration problem.

INT(t+8)^2/t^4 dt

  1. expand (t+8)^2 , then divide each by t^4 to get 3 separate terms

    (t^2 + 16t + 64)/t^4
    = t^-2 + 16t^-3 + 64t^-4

    now it is easy to integrate each of those three terms.
