Can you tell me if I am correct or not.

Arbitration is used to help resolve a issue between two parties. The parties can submit their dispute to an third party and the arbitrator will consider all the facts and render a judgement? If I am correct, can you help me to understand the role of a human service worker would be in arbitration?

That's correct.

Is the human service worker the arbitrator? Or is s/he one of parties in the dispute?

The human service worker would be the arbitrator

The arbitrator must be an impartial third party. S/he cannot have any connection or loyalty to either party in a dispute.

I understand that part, but what I am having problems with is understanding when a human service would be the arbitrator

I don't know either. Please ask your instructor to clarify this situation.

thank you anyway. You have help me to understand the term more effectely.

You're welcome. Good luck!
