  1. secx= 3/2 ---> cosx = 2/3
    cscx= -3√5/5 ---> sinx = -5/(3√5)

    Since the cos is + and the sin is -, x must be in IV
    all we need is the
    tanx = -√5/2
    cotx = -2/√5
