Can someone give me the equation for converting kJ to calories. I fyou have 25kJ/g in a peanut, how many Calories are there in a 50g of peanuts.

  1. Energy = 25kJ/g * 50g = 1250kJ.

    Cal.=1250kJ * 238.85cal/kJ = 298,563.
