    Factor out t:
    t(t-12 + t + 12) + 25 = 2t(t-5) - 15,
    t(2t) +25 = 2t^2 - 10t - 15,
    2t^2 -2t^2 +10t = - 15 - 25,
    10t = -40,
    t =-4.
