  1. HCl + NaOH ==> NaCl + HOH

    moles HCl = M x L = ??
    Using the coefficients in the balanced equation, convert moles HCl to moles NaOH.
    Then M NaOH = moles NaOH/L NaOH and solve for L, then convert to mL.
