I am having trouble understanding what health care administrative sensitivity is. I read the in conjunction with the question, but I am lost...totally. the test book we are using is health care ethics, principles and problems

  1. Administrative sensitivity means to be aware of the problems and feelings of those around them. This includes coworkers, bosses, and clients.

    Of course, administrators also must be sensitive to the practical aspects of funding and income.
