Yes, it is fine, except that the "i" in tìo has an accent above it. I am not quite sure why it is written that way, because it would be pronounced the same way without an accent mark (with the stress on first syllable).

In combination with the stronger vowel "o" without the accent it would be pronounced tió, with the stress on the "o." You want to hear the "i" so therefore the accent mark makes it stronger = tío.
