I need to multiply the rational expression (q-2/4)(-2q/q+5) and leave it in factor form. Please someone help.

(q-2)/4 * -2q/(q+5)

to multiply, we just multiply numerator by numerator and denominator by denominator. thus, this becomes:
(q-2)(-2q) / (4)(q+5)
observe that we can factor 2 from numerator and denominator and cancel it, and this becomes:
-q(q-2) / (2)(q+5)

hope this helps~ :)
