umm how do u factor 2(1000)...i could only get to 20(10)...so i would i continue that

Leave the 2 and break down the 1000 into 10*100, so now we have...
2(10)(100)
100 = 10*10, so that is...
2(10)(10)(10)
How does 10 break down? Continue that until all of your numbers are prime.
