I really stuck on binomial theorem and I have a whole worksheet due Monday
How do I solve (x+5y)^4
I need to really understand this-please explain the steps so I can learn from it and then use it to do the other problems

Here, I think you are supposed to be expanding it knowing the binomial expansion. Memorize it.

Working through your whole worksheet will give you ample practice to do each term (each k term). It becomes as easy as eating pie.
