Does anyone know where I can find the profits/revenue of each brand under GM. I look at the GM site, but it gave me finanical statement of overall revenue of its company. What I need is the profit for like Buick, Saturn, Pontiac...seperatly.

That'll be hard information to find. If you can't find any of this from looking at wikipedia or google searching, i suggest you talk to your teacher about it.

Try talking to him and saying, "I mean I understand why these big companies wouldn't want the public viewing their financial information. I mean, if you started a business would you like your competitors to know how much you're making?"

I don't know but those kind of responses usually work with me and my business teachers.

To find the profits and revenue of each brand under GM (General Motors) separately, you can follow these steps:

1. Visit the GM website: Start by going to the official website of General Motors at www.gm.com.

2. Navigate to the "Investor Relations" section: Usually, you can find a link to the Investor Relations page in the footer or the top navigation bar of the website. Click on this link to access the relevant information.

3. Explore the Financial Reports or Annual Reports: Once you're on the Investor Relations page, look for sections like "Financials" or "Annual Reports." These sections usually provide a comprehensive overview of the company's financial performance.

4. Access the latest Annual Report: Click on the most recent Annual Report available. The Annual Report typically contains detailed financial information for each of GM's brands.

5. Look for segment reporting: Within the Annual Report, find the section that discusses segment reporting. This section presents financial data for different segments or divisions of the company, which may include individual brands like Buick, Saturn, Pontiac, etc.

6. Review the segment data: Examine the segment data to find the profits and revenue of each brand separately. Look for specific financial metrics such as operating income, net income, and sales or revenue figures associated with each brand.

If the GM website does not provide the desired level of detail regarding the individual profits and revenue of each brand, you may want to explore alternate sources of information such as financial news websites, industry reports, or specialized financial databases.
