My teacher marked that sentence down, and according to her there is suppose to be a verb between postres and deliciosos, which i am having trouble figuring out. Can any one help?
Your teacher is correct. The compound sentence has two independent clauses, separated by "y". The verb "son" should follow postres.
There is a variety of drinks and the desserts are delicious too.
