if i want to change the pH of any solution from 5 to 8 what the volume of NaOH 0.1 N needed

Who knows? The volume NaOH required for a non-buffered solution will not be the same for a buffered solution. But to go from pH 5 to 8 means you want to increase the OH- by 1000.
