  1. For ionic compounds, the lattice energy varies with distance between centers of the ions as well as on the charge of the ions. The higher charge has the higher lattice energy and the smaller ions have higher lattice energy than large ions. Therefore, the CaO is +2 and -2 charge so should have the highest lattice energy since the other two are monovalent ions. Of those two the CsI has the larger cation and anion so it should be the least lattice energy. Check my thinking.
