This will be completed within the next two months.
We’re installing a T3 wireless backbone between Purduka and Mount Vernon. This is the first of its kind to cross the Kentucky/Illinois state border. This large pipe will allow us to deliver a large amount of bandwidth for many types of services.
We’re installing our own phone switch. This will allow us to have 99 percent control over dial tone (modern) services provide local and long distance phone service and bundle these services together in one bill. Our prices will be competitive. Our local phone service customers will have features available that have not been available in the past in this area.
Our technical support division will be extending its hours of operation later this summer. We will have an on-site technical support team available to you. This service will be used for those issues that we cannot resolve over the phone. There may be a nominal fee charge to cover the time and gas for our technical team. This fee will not be more than $25.
