find all discontinunities and remove if possible:
F(x)= 2x if x<_0
sin x if 0<x<_pi
x-pi if x>pi
i cannot find any discontinunities, i keep getting that the function is continuos.
If you graph the function on a calculator, you will not see any discontinuity, because it looks continuous.
If you examine the domain that defines the function, you will discover two points which are discontinuous, and which could be removed by modifying the definition of the function.
