Easiest way to build a model of an Iroquois village using natural materials?

I suggest you use balsa wood for the longhouses. Perhaps twigs could be the trees -- and, of course, you can use real dirt the the ground.

were did the iroquois live

The Iroquois people were indigenous Native Americans who primarily lived in the northeastern part of North America. Their traditional territory included parts of what is now the United States and Canada, specifically in present-day New York State and the surrounding areas. The Iroquois Confederacy, also known as the Haudenosaunee people, consisted of six different tribes: the Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga, Seneca, and Tuscarora. Their villages were typically located near rivers or streams, as water was important for transportation, fishing, and agriculture. If you need more detailed information about their specific village locations, you can refer to historical records, books, or consult with experts in Native American history or anthropology.
