#1 - Make sure you write with correct capitalization, punctuation, etc. Anything less and no one will take you seriously.
#2 - Go here -- http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/681/01/ -- and scroll down a bit. Read about cover letters and apply all the ideas there. You will be writing a paragraph, apparently, not a full letter, but the content should be essentially the same.
#3 - Post what you write if you'd like someone here to give you feedback.
