Effective Classroom Instruction. (2004). In Encyclopedia of Applied Psychology. Retrieved from (cant post url)
thank you!

Your in-text citation would simply be the least amount of information needed to enable your reader to know which work on your reference page has been used. This information is to appear in parentheses at the end of the quoted or paraphrased or summarized material.

This is the best APA reference website I've found online. Be sure to read and study both of the In-Text Citations links in the list at the left. There are good explanations and examples in both those sections.

Hello! I can definitely help you with your question about APA in-text citations. To incorporate the reference you provided into your paragraph, you would use an in-text citation following the guidelines of the APA style. Here's how you can do it:

1. Start your sentence or phrase with the author's name:
According to Effective Classroom Instruction (2004)...

2. If the author's name is not mentioned in the sentence, include it in the parentheses along with the year of publication:
...(Effective Classroom Instruction, 2004).

3. For a direct quotation, include the page number as well:
...(Effective Classroom Instruction, 2004, p. [page number]).

Remember to use the abbreviation "p." for page numbers when citing a direct quotation.

In summary, to include this source in your paragraph, you can write something like: "According to Effective Classroom Instruction (2004),..." or "(Effective Classroom Instruction, 2004)."

Make sure to always double-check the specific requirements and guidelines set by your instructor or the publication you are writing for.
