How do you find the perimeters of the letter C?

if you consider the shape of the letter C as a half circle, the perimeter (circumference ) would be,

C = pi * d, therefore
C = 1/2 pi * d

I really have no idea if this is what you need.

thought I would take a stab since no one has answered.

I am not a tutor

To find the perimeter of the letter "C," you would need to measure the lengths of its sides. However, the letter "C" is a 2D shape with curves, which makes measuring its perimeter directly impractical.

Instead of measuring, you can estimate the perimeter of the letter "C" using a method called approximation. Here's how you can do it:

1. Draw the letter "C" on a piece of paper or on a digital device.
2. Use a ruler or any straight edge to measure the straight-line segments of the letter "C." There are usually three straight segments: the top curve, the bottom curve, and the vertical line.
3. Add up the lengths of these three straight-line segments to obtain an approximation of the perimeter of the letter "C."

Keep in mind that this is an approximation and may not be the exact perimeter, as the curves of the letter "C" make it challenging to measure accurately.
