I need to find the mass:

then using that I have to find the KE for:
v=60 km/h
v=90 km/h

KE= 1/2 m v^2; or m= 2*KE/v^2

on the second part, KE is proportional to the square of veloicyt.
so from 30 to 60km/hr, KE will go up as (60/30)^2 or 2^2 or 4.
