What is the big idea of Energy? I am DESPARATE!!

humans can get energy from many things, most common are food stuffs. which are mainly carbohydrates, these are SLOWrelease energy products (like bread and pasta) but things with a high count of glucose (sugar) are for QUICK release energy, they are what sports drinks are made from. glucose gives you energy quickly, but is used up eaqually as fast, so if you want energy over a long period of time, carbohydrates are best.
