    factor each to find least common multiple
    3 = 3
    6 = 3*2
    4 = 2*2
    so we need 2*2*3 = 12
    12/3 = 4
    12/6 = 2
    12/4 = 3
    so
    4 green
    2 blue
    3 white
    for 12 of each
