Please understand that no one here will do your work for you. However, we will be happy to read over whatever you come up with and make suggestions and/or corrections.

Please post what you think.

ok. I think that maybe she could start practising at home how to be more open, like she should be open with her siblings first, only then will she be able to have faith on her friends.

Any suggestions?

To help Elisa trust people more and be open with them, there are several strategies she can try:

1. Understand the root cause: It's important for Elisa to reflect on why she has trust issues. Is it due to past experiences, fear of judgment, or something else? Identifying the underlying reasons can help her address them directly.

2. Start with small steps: Elisa can gradually open up to trusted individuals by sharing small, non-sensitive details about her life. As she observes their positive reactions and experiences their support, it may help build her confidence in trusting others more.

3. Choose trustworthy individuals: Elisa should surround herself with people who have proven to be trustworthy and understanding. This might be friends, family members, or even a therapist. Building relationships with reliable individuals can help alleviate her trust issues over time.

4. Set boundaries: Elisa can establish healthy boundaries with others by clearly communicating her comfort levels and privacy needs. This allows her to maintain a sense of control over what she shares and when, which can help build trust gradually.

5. Seek professional help if needed: If Elisa's trust issues significantly impact her daily life and relationships, it might be beneficial to seek therapy or counseling. Therapists can help explore past traumas, provide guidance, and offer specific strategies tailored to her circumstances.

Remember, building trust takes time, and it's essential for Elisa to be patient with herself throughout the process.
