An arrow is shot horizontally off a 100 m high building. A target is dangled from a rope 204 m away. How far off the ground do you have to dangle the target from the arrow to hit it?
That will depend upon the velocity of the released arrow. The faster the arrow, the less it drops while travelling to the target. They should have provided that information.
