how do I plot absorbance vs concentration and transmittance %T vs concentration on the same graph??
1 answer
I would plot A vs C normally. Then for %T vs C, I would read the %T I wanted, convert to A (A = log 100/%T), and plot.

Top answer:
y = 0.15x + 0.010 y = 0.065 so 0.065 = 0.15x + 0.010. Solve for x. 0.065 - 0.010 = 0.055 = 0.15x so
