This what I wrote about the word "ABuse" and its history. Please tell me if I am definding the word correctly with examples and if my sentences are structured. Your help is apprected.

To certain people the word abuse has many meanings; thus the word abuse itself was borrowed from Middle French abuser. The noun abuse entered English in about 1439 as abuse, coming also from Middle French. Abuse is to misuse, to mistreat something wrongly that the individual might damage it.

For instance drug abuse substances where the individual takes more than what their body can handle which can cause a wide range of mental health problems for the individual. Or a person that does not follow medical instructions nor according to the directions of their health care providers for the sake of satisfying their egos.

(Summary)
No matter what intention individual might have, misuse of anything can occur anytime. Whether it is financial misuse where people are ruining your credit, stealing your bank or credit cards. And physical misuse where the individual endures choking, grabbing and gets threaded with weapons.

Put the word abuse in italics when referring to it as a word; that goes for all words that are referred to as words, not used normally in a sentence. Using mistreat and wrongly in the same sentence is a double-negative; delete the prefix mis-. And in the last sentence: What is it?

For instance drug abuse substances where the individual takes more than what their body can handle which can cause a wide range of mental health problems for the individual. <~~This is a VERY long fragment, not a complete sentence. Thank for ur help, i'm not good writer!

Everybody can improve. Two things especially will help you become a better writer --

-- read LOTS, especially lots of works listed here: http://als.lib.wi.us/Collegebound.html
and
-- write LOTS -- journals, letters, etc.

Your overall explanation of the word "abuse" and its history is clear and accurate. The sentences are generally well-structured, but there are a few areas where some improvement can be made. Here are some suggestions:

1. In the first paragraph, you can consider adding a comma after "For instance" to separate it as an introductory phrase.

2. In the second paragraph, the phrase "drug abuse substances" can be simplified to just "drug abuse" for better clarity and conciseness.

3. In the same paragraph, I would suggest rephrasing the sentence "Or a person that does not follow medical instructions nor according to the directions of their health care providers for the sake of satisfying their egos." It seems a bit unclear and could be improved for better coherence.

4. In the summary paragraph, the phrase "misuse of anything can occur anytime" could be clarified by adding "the" before "misuse". Also, consider rephrasing "where people are ruining your credit, stealing your bank or credit cards" to "such as when individuals ruin your credit or steal your bank or credit cards" for better clarity.

Here is a revised version of your paragraph:

"To certain people, the word 'abuse' has many meanings. It was borrowed from Middle French 'abuser,' and the noun 'abuse' entered English in about 1439. 'Abuse' refers to the act of misusing or mistreating something wrongly, to the extent of potentially causing damage.

For instance, drug abuse occurs when individuals consume more than their bodies can handle, leading to various mental health problems. Another example is when individuals disregard medical instructions or the advice of healthcare providers in order to satisfy their own egos.

In summary, regardless of individuals' intentions, misuse can happen in various forms. This includes financial misuse, such as when people ruin your credit or steal your bank or credit cards, as well as physical misuse, which may involve acts like choking, grabbing, or threatening with weapons."
