1. I have many friends to meet.

2. I have many friends that I have to meet.
3. I have many friends that I will meet.
4. I have many friends that I can meet.

(What does #1 mean? Does #1 mean #2, 3, or #4?)

#s 2, 3, and 4 mean approximately the same as #1; they are just wordier, though. #1 is best!
