a bowl/ or pot and a spoon.

To make sauces that do not contain milk, you can use a variety of cooking tools depending on the type of sauce you want to make. Here are a few commonly used tools for making dairy-free sauces:

1. Saucepan: A saucepan is a basic tool used for cooking sauces. It is a deep and wide pan with low, straight sides and a long handle. A saucepan is perfect for simmering, reducing, and thickening sauces without milk.

2. Whisk: A whisk is a tool used for blending and incorporating ingredients when preparing sauces. It helps to combine the ingredients smoothly and evenly, ensuring a well-emulsified sauce.

3. Blender or Food Processor: If you prefer a smoother consistency, you can use a blender or food processor to prepare your sauce. These tools are commonly used for pureeing ingredients and creating creamy sauces without milk.

4. Immersion Blender: An immersion blender is a handheld device that allows you to blend sauces directly in the pot. It can be handy for creating smooth, creamy, and fully emulsified sauces, especially when using ingredients like cashews as a milk substitute.

Remember that your choice of cooking tools can vary depending on the recipe and the desired texture of your sauce. Always refer to the specific recipe for guidance on which tools to use.
