Can you please help me with these problems, I followed the textbook but i am still not getting the write balanced equations.I am not sure if it is the phases or my balancing, or if i got the right answers and not submitting it correctly Please I really need help :(

Write balanced net ionic equation for
K_2SO_4(aq)+CaI_2(aq)_>Ca SO_4 (s)+KI(aq)

Write balanced complete ionic equation and complete net for NH_4Cl(aq)+NaOH(aq)-->H_2O(l)+NH_3(g)+NaCl(aq)

Write a complete ionic &complete net, AgNO_2(aq)+NaCl(aq)-->AgCl(s)+NaNO_2(aq)

Write a complete ionic &complete net ,
HC_2H_3O_2(aq)+K_2CO_3(aq)-->H_2O(l)+CO_2(g)+KC_2H_3O_2(aq)

For the first one, I wrote one last night for the complete (not net) equation. I wonder if the difference was real or someone made a typo. At any rate, for the net equation, it is,

Ca^+2(aq) + SO4^-2(aq) ==> CaSO4(s)

I don't understand what a "complete net equation" is. Equations can be complete molecular, complete ionic or net ionic. A net ionic MUST BE a complete net ionic. Anyway,
NH_4Cl(aq)+NaOH(aq)-->H_2O(l)+NH_3(g)+NaCl(aq)

NH4^+(aq) + Cl^-(aq) + Na^+(aq) + OH^-(aq) ==> H2O(l) + NH3(g) + Na^+(aq) + Cl^-(aq) is the complete ionic equation.

NH4^+(aq) + OH^-(aq) ==> H2O(l) + NH3(g) is the net ionic equation.
By the way, you can save yourself a lot of time by dropping the underscore.

Thank You Soo Much, I am stil reeiving an error for the first one. Could you help me on the last 2?

Write a complete ionic & net ionic, AgNO_2(aq)+NaCl(aq)-->AgCl(s)+NaNO_2(aq)

Write a complete ionic &net ionic ,
HC_2H_3O_2(aq)+K_2CO_3(aq)-->H_2O(l)+CO_2(g)+KC_2H_3O_2(aq)

Write a complete ionic &complete net,

I assume AgNO2 is a typo meant to be AgNO3 and NaNO2 is meant to be NaNO3
AgNO_2(aq)+NaCl(aq)-->AgCl(s)+NaNO_2(aq)

Ag^+(aq) + NO3^-(aq) + Na^+(aq) + Cl^-(aq) ==>AgCl(s) + Na^+(aq) + NO3^-(aq)

net ionic equation is
Ag^+(aq) + Cl^-(aq) ==> AgCl(s)

Thank you soo much. Was the last question not legible?

I don't mean to be a pest Could you help me with this last one please. I worked it out i just want to see if i am correct. I really appreicate you help :(

Write a complete ionic &net ionic ,
HC_2H_3O_2(aq)+K_2CO_3(aq)-->H_2O(l)+CO_2(g)+KC_2H_3O_2(aq)

What is the difference between matter and non matter?

Of course, I'll be happy to help you with these problems! Let's go through each one step by step.

1. Write balanced net ionic equation for K2SO4(aq) + CaI2(aq) -> CaSO4(s) + KI(aq):

To write the net ionic equation, we first need to write the balanced complete ionic equation. Start by writing the chemical formula for each compound and separating them into their respective ions:

K2SO4(aq) -> 2K+(aq) + SO4^2-(aq)
CaI2(aq) -> Ca^2+(aq) + 2I-(aq)
CaSO4(s) -> Ca^2+(aq) + SO4^2-(aq)
KI(aq) -> K+(aq) + I-(aq)

Now, let's combine the balanced ions on both sides of the equation to write the net ionic equation:

2K+(aq) + SO4^2-(aq) + Ca^2+(aq) + 2I-(aq) -> Ca^2+(aq) + SO4^2-(aq) + 2K+(aq) + 2I-(aq)

In the net ionic equation, the spectator ions (Ca^2+ and SO4^2-) are canceled out since they appear on both sides of the equation. This leaves us with the net ionic equation:

2K+(aq) + 2I-(aq) -> 2K+(aq) + 2I-(aq)

2. Write balanced complete ionic equation and complete net for NH4Cl(aq) + NaOH(aq) -> H2O(l) + NH3(g) + NaCl(aq):

Again, let's first write the balanced complete ionic equation by separating the compounds into their ions:

NH4Cl(aq) -> NH4+(aq) + Cl-(aq)
NaOH(aq) -> Na+(aq) + OH-(aq)
H2O(l) -> H2O(l)
NH3(g) -> NH3(g)
NaCl(aq) -> Na+(aq) + Cl-(aq)

Now we can combine the ions to form the complete ionic equation:

NH4+(aq) + Cl-(aq) + Na+(aq) + OH-(aq) -> H2O(l) + NH3(g) + Na+(aq) + Cl-(aq)

Next, let's cancel out the spectator ions (Na+ and Cl-) on both sides of the equation to obtain the net ionic equation:

NH4+(aq) + OH-(aq) -> H2O(l) + NH3(g)

So, the complete net ionic equation for NH4Cl(aq) + NaOH(aq) -> H2O(l) + NH3(g) + NaCl(aq) is NH4+(aq) + OH-(aq) -> H2O(l) + NH3(g).

3. Write a complete ionic equation & complete net for AgNO2(aq) + NaCl(aq) -> AgCl(s) + NaNO2(aq):

Following the same steps, we write the balanced complete ionic equation first:

AgNO2(aq) -> Ag+(aq) + NO2-(aq)
NaCl(aq) -> Na+(aq) + Cl-(aq)
AgCl(s) -> Ag+(aq) + Cl-(aq)
NaNO2(aq) -> Na+(aq) + NO2-(aq)

Combining the ions, we have:

Ag+(aq) + NO2-(aq) + Na+(aq) + Cl-(aq) -> Ag+(aq) + Cl-(aq) + Na+(aq) + NO2-(aq)

Canceling out the spectator ions (Ag+ and Cl-), we get the net ionic equation:

NO2-(aq) + Na+(aq) -> Na+(aq) + NO2-(aq)

So, the complete net ionic equation for AgNO2(aq) + NaCl(aq) -> AgCl(s) + NaNO2(aq) is NO2-(aq) + Na+(aq) -> Na+(aq) + NO2-(aq).

4. Write a complete ionic equation & complete net for HC2H3O2(aq) + K2CO3(aq) -> H2O(l) + CO2(g) + KC2H3O2(aq):

Following the same steps, let's write the balanced complete ionic equation:

HC2H3O2(aq) -> H+(aq) + C2H3O2-(aq)
K2CO3(aq) -> 2K+(aq) + CO3^2-(aq)
H2O(l) -> H2O(l)
CO2(g) -> CO2(g)
KC2H3O2(aq) -> K+(aq) + C2H3O2-(aq)

Combining the ions, we have:

H+(aq) + C2H3O2-(aq) + 2K+(aq) + CO3^2-(aq) -> H2O(l) + CO2(g) + K+(aq) + C2H3O2-(aq)

Canceling out the spectator ions (K+ and C2H3O2-), we get the net ionic equation:

H+(aq) + CO3^2-(aq) -> H2O(l) + CO2(g)

So, the complete net ionic equation for HC2H3O2(aq) + K2CO3(aq) -> H2O(l) + CO2(g) + KC2H3O2(aq) is H+(aq) + CO3^2-(aq) -> H2O(l) + CO2(g).

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
