  1. It's quickest to change them all into decimals, and then arrange them:
    2/3=.67 repeating (.666666etc7)
    3/5=.6
    31/50=.62
    67/100=.67

  3. The conversion are basically correct, but the ordering is not correct. However, the fractions are quite close, so if you could keep one more decimal place in the decimal numbers, you can compare and order them correctly.

    Hint: write 3/5=0.6 as 0.600,
    31/50=0.620, 67/100=0.670, ...
