Be sure to click on all the links for this particular lake.

This one, too!

Since it's a lake, the fishing industry is a rather major one -- individual and commercial -- I'm sure.

Interesting:

It seems like you have already tried several websites, but haven't found one that has all the information you're looking for on Lake Michigan. Here are a few more websites that you can check out:

1. Great Lakes Information Network: Their website, http://www.great-lakes.net/lakes/michigan.html, has a dedicated page for Lake Michigan. It provides detailed information about the lake, including its geography, ecology, and history. Be sure to explore the different sections and links on the page for more specific information.

2. Lake Michigan Angler: If you're interested in fishing on Lake Michigan, this website, http://www.lakemichiganangler.com/, is a good resource. It provides information about fishing seasons, types of fish found in the lake, gear and techniques, and even fishing reports. This could be a valuable resource if your project involves aspects of fishing on Lake Michigan.

3. Coast Watch: The website http://www.coastwatch.msu.edu/twomichigans.html offers information about the coastal areas of both Lake Michigan and Lake Superior. While it covers both lakes, it may still have relevant information about Lake Michigan. Explore the links and resources provided on the page to find information specific to Lake Michigan.

4. Lake Michigan Forum: The website http://www.lkmichiganforum.org/ is a forum where people discuss various topics related to Lake Michigan. While it may not have all the information you're looking for in one place, it can be a helpful resource to find discussions, opinions, and experiences related to the lake. You can browse through the different threads and search for specific topics that interest you for your project.

5. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA): The EPA's website specifically dedicated to the Great Lakes, http://www.epa.gov/glnpo/michigan.html, includes information about Lake Michigan's environmental issues, water quality, and conservation efforts. This site can provide valuable insights into the current state of Lake Michigan and its ecological importance.

Additionally, you can try conducting specific searches on search engines like Google and Bing, using keywords such as "Lake Michigan information," "Lake Michigan facts," or "Lake Michigan tourism." This may help you find more specialized websites that focus solely on Lake Michigan and cover a wide range of topics.

Remember to evaluate the credibility and authority of the sources you find, and cross-reference information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy. Good luck with your project on Lake Michigan!
