do you mean
x^3 - x^2 - 6x = 0 ?
if so then
x(x^2 - x - 6) = 0
x(x-3)(x+2) = 0
take it from there
x3 - x2 -6x=0
x^3 - x^2 - 6x = 0 ?
if so then
x(x^2 - x - 6) = 0
x(x-3)(x+2) = 0
take it from there
