What country is not a nation?

I have already googled it so don't give me a link to all the things google has to say. It doesnt help

A territory is not a nation. A nation is independent. A Territory is not.

Guam and Puerto Rico are both American Territories and PR is definitely considered a country.

A country that is not considered a nation is often referred to as a stateless nation. Stateless nations are ethnic or cultural groups that do not have their own independent state or recognized sovereignty. While they may reside within a country's borders, they do not have their own independent political entity. An example of a stateless nation is the Kurds, who are an ethnic group spread across several countries in the Middle East but do not have their own recognized nation-state.

To clarify, the term "country" is usually used interchangeably with "nation-state," which refers to a political entity with defined borders, government, and sovereignty. However, there are instances where the terms country and nation do not align, leading to stateless nations. It is essential to note that this answer is not exhaustive, and there might be other examples of stateless nations as well.
