3. What can a manager learn from the characteristics and activities of this particular team? How might the factors that contribute to this team’s success be adopted in a business set.

I don't see anything about an "online team." The first question tells you to:
1. Choose a real-life management team for a non-profit organization.
I suggest you choose a local charity -- such as the Red Cross or Loaves and Fishes. Find its website, and get as much information as you can there. If you can't find everything, you can always interview someone from that organization in person.
