in the heat of soultion lab what would happen to the delta T if the soultion CaCl2 was not stireed with the water?
1 answer
I wonder if it dissolved? Stirring increases the rate of dissolving, pretty critical if you are measuring temp. Heat is lost rapidly, so if it is dissolving slowly, you won't see the max temp peak.
