Thank you very much for your help. Can you please check these sentences, too?

1) He recommended I should phone him that evening.
2) He promised to drive me to school.
3) He accepted to drive me to the airport.
4)She denied that her sister had stolen the jacket.
5) Who drives her always to school?
6) You made a list of clothes without mentioning those who are popular at the moment.
7)I'm wearing a pair of white trainers by Adidas (or with the logo Adidas on them?)
8) He is remembered for being a person in his small sought (?) to be different. Can you help me understand this sentence?

#3 is very awkward.

#5 is awkward; move "always" so it's right after "Who" (right in front of the verb).

#6 "who" is incorrectly used -- "who" refers to a person or to people.

#8 I don't understand it either. Sorry. =(

1) The sentence "He recommended I should phone him that evening" is grammatically correct. It means that someone advised or suggested that the speaker should call him in the evening.

2) The sentence "He promised to drive me to school" is also grammatically correct. It means that someone gave their word or assurance that they will provide transportation to the person to school.

3) The sentence "He accepted to drive me to the airport" sounds a bit unnatural. Instead, it should be "He agreed to drive me to the airport." This means that someone agreed to provide transportation to the airport for the speaker.

4) The sentence "She denied that her sister had stolen the jacket" is grammatically correct. It means that she refused or rejected the claim that her sister had taken the jacket.

5) The sentence "Who drives her always to school?" is grammatically incorrect. Instead, it should be "Who always drives her to school?" In this case, the question is asking about the person who consistently provides transportation to her for school.

6) The sentence "You made a list of clothes without mentioning those who are popular at the moment" is grammatically correct. It means that the person created a clothing list but omitted mentioning the items that are currently popular.

7) The sentence "I'm wearing a pair of white trainers by Adidas" is grammatically correct. It means that the speaker is currently wearing white trainers made by the brand Adidas. However, it is more common to say "a pair of white trainers with the Adidas logo on them" to indicate that the trainers have the Adidas logo.

8) The sentence "He is remembered for being a person in his small sought (?) to be different" seems to have a typo or error. The word "sought" doesn't fit in the sentence. It might be a typo or missing word. Without the proper context, it is difficult to provide an accurate understanding of this sentence.
